BodogLife.com & Bookmaker.com have just released odds for the EliteXC MMA event this Saturday night. Bodog has a $500 max limit on each bet, whole Bookmaker has a $250 limit. The event will take place in Corpus Christi, Texas at the American Bank Center Arena at 10 PM ET. The event will be broadcast on Showtime.
There are two fights on the card that I’m really looking forward to watching. Kimbo Slice will be squaring off against Bo Cantrell. If you haven’t heard of him yet, Kimbo has made a huge name for himself on Youtube with video of his street fights. Kimbo has been in one MMA bout thus far, but his competition was some schmuck in his mid forties.
The other fighter I’m really looking forward to seeing is Nick Diaz. Diaz is a scrappy fighter, who is 15-6 in his professional MMA career. He fought in the UFC for a while against notables such as Sean Sherk, Joe Riggs and Diego Sanchez. Diaz seemed to be a bit outclasses in all of those bouts, as he lost all three via unanimous decision. I’m interested in seeing how he bounces back for the EliteXC event.
