Former UFC Middlewight Champ Rich “Ace” Franklin (27-4) will Headline the card taking on the newly acquired and Former UFC Light Heavyweight Champ Vitor “The Phenom” Belfort (12-5). Dana White expressed his interest in getting Vitor back in the UFC and now that Affliction folded it is sooner rather than later. The two will be meeting at a catch-weight of 195 lbs. Franklin won his last bout over Wanderlei Silva via unanimous decision and Vitor is on a four fight win streak.

Cro Cop is coming off a win over Mostapha Al-Turk via TKO/Eye poke at UFC 99. Mike Swick (14-2) and Martin Kampmann (15-2) will battle for the right of number one contender to face Georges St-Pierre.
