Here are the betting odds for the Klitschko vs Chagaev fight (the backup fighter since Haye had to pull out). The odds are -800 Klitschko and +550 for Chagaev at Betus.com with special $75 bonus to bet this fight. Most betting sites don’t have the Klitschko vs Chagaev odds up yet. As of right now they have Vladamir Klitschko as the big favorite over Ruslan Chagaev.
If you’re just catching up on things, you might be wondering why David Haye is not fighting Klitschko on June 20th for the heavyweight title. It’s because Hayes apparently pulled a muscle in his back and had to back out of the fight. There is even speculation that he pulled out because he was asked to take a pay cut.
Either way the Hayes vs Klitschko fight is supposed to happen in July if Klitschko accepts. Hayes says he will fight him or his brother it didnt matter but he did say he wants to get the heavyweight title as fast as he can.
You will be able to watch the fight on ESPN Classic/360 Saturday, June 20th at what I believe to be 5pm EST. The fight will be a 12 rounder, if it goes the distance.
