Odds: At Sportsbook.com they currently have the Hatton, Pacquiao betting odds at -260/+200 with Pacquiao being the favorite.
Prediction: While I would love to see Hatton win this fight I just don’t see it happening. Pacquiao has such fast hands and I don’t see Hatton holding up against the constant attacks. It will be an awesome fight, no doubt, but I just see Pacquiao coming at Hatton too hard with too much speed. Eventually Hatton will lose his spirit and get out punched losing by a unanimous decision.
Not taking anything away from Pacman in his win against De La Hoya, I just don’t think Pacquiao faced the “true” De La Hoya. For god sakes he had blood coming out of his arms before the fight from an iv!
The fight is interesting with Mayweather Sr. being on Hatton’s side but I don’t think this will matter. Mayweather likes to talk just like Jr., but in this bout I think we’ll see the speed of Pacquiao (like Mayweather Jr) defeat Hatton when the 12 rounds are over.
