On Saturday December 27, 2008 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in beautiful Las Vegas, Nevada. We will be treated to the best UFC fight card of 2008, rightfully titled “The Ultimate 2008”.
There will be two UFC titles up for grabs as The Ultimate Fighter 8 coaches Antonio “Minotauro” Nogueira (31-4-1) defends his Interim Heavyweight belt against former UFC Heavyweight Champion Frank Mir (11-3). Also Forrest Griffin (16-4) will have his first title defense against hard hitting (just ask Chuck Liddell), undefeated “Sugar” Rashad Evans (17-0-1). Then we will see a toe to toe battle in the third installment of Wnderlei “The Axe Murderer” Silva (32-8-1) against Quinton “Rampage” Jackson (28-7).
