Benavidez cruised through his first title tournament bout, while Johnson had to fight his way through two hard-fought battles with Ian McCall. Benavidez is a big, physical guy whose only career losses came to 135 pound king Dominick Cruz, so if Johnson wants to finish what he started he is going to have to fight even better than he did against McCall.

In the semi-main event, Michael “The Count” Bisping will meet Brian “All-American” Stann, quite possibly with a shot at Anderson Silva’sMiddleweight title on the line. Both of these guys are versatile and have great punching, so with a potential title shot thrown into the mix this should be a stellar fight. The rest of the card features a Lightweight bout pitting Evan Dunham against Canadian TJ Grant, a featherweight showdown between Marcus Brimage and Jimmy Hettes, and a Light Heavyweight matchup between Igor Pokrajac and Vinny Magalhaes.
